1. Initial enquiry and consultancy to ensure everything meets your objectives.
2. Proposal including: a detailed short listing of the very best venues to suit your brief/ amazing activities and of course the costs – we are 100% transparent with costs!
3. Site inspections, which we will arrange and the detailed planned logistics
4. Contract and final document submitted for approval 
5. Venue liaison and amendment handling
6. On-site expert support (if required) and event de-brief
